Day 1: Delhi – Shimla

Put your car onboard from the Delhi airport and get ready to experience the joyride to Shimla. Shimla is Himachal’s most famous hill station and an epitome of natural scenic beauty and peaceful surroundings. Pleasant weather, pollution-free environment, and friendly people make this place a dream destination. Colonial artefacts are worth admiring throughout the ridge of this exotic mountain station. At the height of 2, 200 m above sea level this hill station is situated. Cherish the scenic sights and dive into the tranquil atmosphere on the way to this hill station. Check-in and relax upon arrival at the hotel. Leaving the dazzling sun of the plains, enjoy a quiet night at the hill retreat.

Day 2: Shimla Sightseeing

On the second day, you will be taken to Kufri in the morning after breakfast. Kufri is considered as Shimla’s snow center and adventure point. Specific snow sports can be experienced there. Horse riding in Kufri is also open to you. There are several sporting events at Kufri Fun House. A zoo in Kufri is also accessible for you to explore. The lush valley is the biggest forest in Asia on the way to Kufri. From many points, you will enjoy the beautiful view.
After Kufri, you will be taken to Sankat Mochan temple. This temple is one of Shimla’s most famous places. It is located right below National Highway 22 amidst the lush green forests. You will also get to visit Tara Devi Temple. This is a very popular attraction of this town, situated in Shimla. The Tara Devi Temple is situated on the top of the hill in Simla and the thick, green surroundings provide a very beautiful and quiet atmosphere for the temple.
Along with Kufri and Tara Devi temple, you will be driven straight to the Jakhu Temple. The temple is a sacred place for the Hindu religion in India, situated on top of Jakhoo Hill. The hill is perched at the height of 2455 meters and is the highest summit of Shimla. The views of Shivalik Ranges and the city of Sanjauli are breathtaking from the top. The journey will be followed by Shimla Mall Road. Mall Road in Shimla, located in the center of town. This region has been a mini-world itself, one of the busiest and most business areas on Shimla until now.

Day 3: Shimla – Manali


After you check-out from the hotel brace yourself for a Manali trip. Manali is situated at 2050 meters above sea level in the Beas River Valley. It is now a popular tourist haunt for an ancient trade route to Ladakh. This scenic spot is famous for its snow-covered mountains, pleasant scenery, nice climatic conditions, and luxuriant greenery. Traveling through the winding roads that traverse the steep mountains is indeed a very pleasant and amusing experience. On the way to Manali, you will be glammed to watch the enticing beauty of places like Sunder Naggar lake and the Pandoh dam in Kullu.
Sunder Nagar lake is situated in the Mandi district are, and the place is a blend of Punjabis and Himachali. Several natural beauties can be seen through the lake, especially the gorgeous sunset. Pandoh dam is situated at a distance of 50km from Kullu. This dam is amidst the picturesque view of the hills and you can not afford to miss the opportunity to capture the scenic beauty. It is absolutely breathtaking. After these three places, your day 3 will get wrapped up with a peaceful night stay back to the hotel at Manali.

Day 4: Manali Sightseeing


Day 4 is all about the Manali visit. The journey to Manali is a stunning and exciting one. This hill station should not be left unexplored on the shores of the Beas River and in the darkness of the snow-covered mountains. Then comes the first place in the day 4 list, the Hadimba Devi Temple. It has been constructed around a cave and is one of the most popular attractions in the city. This temple’s three roofs and a 4th brass cone-shaped roof are marvelous.
Then you will be directed towards Club House Manali. It is located on the left side of the Manalsu Nallah River and has an indoor playroom. It also provides space for common indoor games such as carriage, ping-pong, carts and hockey. A cup of tea or coffee from their own restaurant is accessible for guests with tasty snacks. Van vihar Tibetan Ministry and Mall Road Manali are the last two spots you will be visited. You will be directed to the hotel for an overnight stay after a guided sightseeing tour.

Day 5: Solang Valley


After having breakfast, you will be taken to the Solang Valley. Whether it is summer or winter, the Solang Valley is one of Manali’s most stunning and adventurous views. This is not just another snow heaven, but much more than the unique experiences it provides. The valley is filled by a variety of recreational sports such as rock climbing, hiking, mountaineering, quad biking, Zorbing, paragliding, etc. This is one of Manali’s must-see hotspots. Solang also provides picturesque scenery that will captivate your spirit to further enrich your trip. This thrilling place you will have a whole day to appreciate. Then, you will have to get back to the hotel for the night stay.

Day 6: Manali – Dharamsala


See the best of Himachal as you take to road from Manali to Dharamshala via Kullu, with your love by your side.

As you wake up to a pleasant morning, breakfast will be served in the hotel’s restaurant. Post your morning grub, pack up for a lovely drive that will take you to yet another spellbinding hill-station in Himachal – Dharamshala. Enroute, take pit stops at Manikaran Gurudwara and take a plunge into its hot water springs.

Once you reach the hotel and check-in, relax a bit. In the evening, set out to explore the serene destination that gives you the perfect ambiance and complete privacy to enjoy your honeymoon.

With the backdrop of Dhauladhar ranges, Dharamshala is a preferred honeymoon destination in India. It is the abode of His Holiness – The Dalai Lama, which further adds to the serenity of the place.

You can also indulge in some shopping at the local markets in Dharamshala. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Dharamsala – Dalhousie


On day 7 of your itinerary, delight your taste buds with a yummy and healthy breakfast, and get ready for another fun-filled day of sightseeing in your Himachal honeymoon package. Explore the seamless blend of Himachali and Tibetan culture and beliefs as both peacefully co-exist in Dharamshala.

Your local sightseeing tour will cover places such as the official residence of Dalai Lama, Mcleodganj, Tibetan Monasteries, beautiful forests, nature trails, and local markets.

Later in the day, you will start for Dalhousie. Once you reach there, check into the hotel and relax. Explore the amenities of the hotel and enjoy overnight stay in Dalhousie.

Day 8: Dalhousie Sighseeing (Khajjiar)


After breakfast, you will be taken to Kalatop in Khajjiar. Its mesmerizing beauty and serene environment have earned it the pseudonym of ‘Switzerland of India’ or ‘Mini Switzerland’. There are plenty of fun activities like zorbing, paragliding, and horse-riding for you two to enjoy as a couple.

From there, you will head on to Chamba. The hill station is famous for its temples and stunning locations. Enjoy a couple of hours there, exploring the town before heading back to your hotel.

Day 9: Dalhousie – Amritsar


After breakfast, you will be taken to Amritsar from Dalhousie. On that day we will cover the Bagha Border, Golden Temple and overnight stay at Amritsar.

Day 10: Amritsar – Delhi


Finishing this lovely trip, its time to fly back to Delhi. On the way we will cover Jalianwala bhag, Durgiana Temple. You will be dropped to Delhi by evening and later get back to the pavilion of daily life with a bag full of an immense joyful ride.
